The Augustine Church and adjacent Mariënhage Monastery are among Eindhoven's finest historic buildings. The Augustinian fathers held services in the church until 2006. When all the activities stopped in 2016, the Delamondo plan was developed. Although the religious function has disappeared, Mariënhage continues to be a place where people can meet and connect. A ceremonial hall, hotel and restaurant will be created here. These developments will give the protected historic buildings purpose again and return them to their former glory.
